Note:
If a sectional with 3 regional tournaments has wrestlers from only 2 regional tournaments competing in the sectional,
use the sectional pairing for a 2 region section to assemble the bracket. Assign the letters as follows:
If A, B and no C then A is A and B is B
If A, C and no B then A is A and C is B
If B, C and no A then B is B and C is A

If 4 wrestlers advance from 2 of the regionals and no wrestlers advance from the other regional, none of the above pairings will eleminate the first round bout. If this situation arises the following pairing will be used.
